Bioinformatics AI Researcher（医药研发）

Scope

• Provide analyses of high-throughput/NGS data, such as RNA-seq, genomics, proteomics, biomarkers, CRISPR screen data etc.
• Provide analyses of genetic association, expression, pathway and network.
• Contribute to initiation, assessment, implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of bioinfo/AI algorithms, models and workflows.
• Find and integrate data from external (e.g. GEO, TCGA, DepMap) and internal sources (including clinical biomarker data and real-world data) to address biological questions.
• Provide analyses of literature and competitor information.
• Collaborate with the Bioinformatics AI team and the project managers to define analytical tools and analysis requirements. requirement
• PhD's degree (or Master’s degree with at least 2-year working experience) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in bioinformatics, including omics data analysis, pathway analysis, and biomarker discovery.
• Proficiency in developing and applying AI models in bioinformatics contexts.
• Experience with drug discovery projects is highly preferred.
• Proficient programming skills in R/Python and experience with the Unix/Linux environment are required.
• Knowledge in Immunology or Oncology is desired; being able to communicate comfortably with biologists.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
