Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine analysis of multi-omics datasets
• Execute standard workflows for QC, normalization, annotation, and result generation
• Develop and maintain R scripts / lightweight analytical tools
• Prepare tables, figures, and summaries for internal team use
• Maintain clear documentation for reproducibility and traceability
• Collaborate within the team to support timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Genomics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in bioinformatics or multi-omics analysis
• Practical experience with R, Python, and Linux/Unix
• Experience in R tool or script development
• Familiarity with NGS and/or multi-omics analysis workflows
• Strong teamwork and documentation skills
