What they need
Develop Python applications and automation tools for bioinformatics and genomics workflows. Manage Linux-based environments, Docker deployments, cloud infrastructure and CI/CD. Support monitoring, troubleshooting and computational infrastructur
Required Candidate profile
2–5 years of software/DevOps experience with strong Python and Linux skills. Experience supporting production systems, automation or computational workloads. Bioinformatics, genomics or LIMS exposure.
