Biology Masters – AI Data Trainer About The Role We're looking for Masters-level biology experts to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models. At Alignerr, we partner with the world's leading AI research labs — and we need people who think rigorously about science to help make AI smarter, more accurate, and more trustworthy in the life sciences.

This is a fully remote, flexible contractor role. No AI background required — just strong biology knowledge and the ability to reason through complex problems.

What You'll Do

• Design advanced biology questions and problems to challenge and evaluate AI performance
• Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with rigorous scientific logic
• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, depth, and quality of reasoning
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks spanning undergraduate to Masters-level biology
• Provide structured written feedback that directly improves how AI models handle complex biological concepts

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Masters degree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced biology domains
• Able to communicate complex scientific ideas clearly and precisely in writing
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have

• Experience in data annotation, data quality review, or evaluation workflows
• Familiarity with molecular biology, genetics, physiology, or related specializations
• Background in academic research or scientific writing
