Biomerjs Trading Corporation is looking for a Biomedical Engineer / Biomedical Technician who will provide technical support, installation, commissioning, demonstration, maintenance, and after-sales service for medical equipment.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or other related technical course
• Biomedical equipment servicing certification/training (e.g., TESDA or equivalent) is an advantage
• Preferably with at least 2 years of relevant experience
• Experience in medical equipment installation, servicing, and troubleshooting is an advantage
• Willing to undergo company and product training
• Willing to travel nationwide
• Willing to provide 24/7 on-call technical support when required
• Must know how to drive:
• Motorcycle
• Manual car/van
• Automatic car/van
• Valid AT/MT driver’s license is required
• Good technical, troubleshooting, communication, and customer-service skills
• Able to work professionally with doctors, nurses, hospital biomedical engineers, and administrators

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Demonstrate medical equipment to clients and hospital personnel
• Install, inspect, test, and commission medical equipment
• Conduct user training for doctors, nurses, and hospital staff
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting
• Provide technical and after-sales support
• Conduct site inspections and assess installation requirements
• Coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers regarding repairs, spare parts, warranties, and technical concerns
• Assist the Sales Team during product presentations, bidding, and technical discussions
• Prepare technical specifications, service reports, installation reports, and other required documentation
• Ensure equipment is installed and operated according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform nationwide field service and other technical duties as assigned
