Responsibilities:
- Biomedical engineers apply engineering principles to repair and replace medical equipment.
- Responsible for performing equipment repair and maintenance to ensure smooth running of all clinical equipment in the hospital.
- Maintains biomedical/ Dialysis equipment by completing preventive maintenance schedules, troubleshooting and repairing malfunctions.
- Discusses and solves problems with manufacturing and purchasing departments.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to identify equipment issues and provide technical support.
- Install, test, and commission new medical equipment.
