Biomedical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Job vacancies for Penang office.
• Deliver, install, carry out testing and commissioning of medical device including Patient Monitor and OT Equipment.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance (PPM), calibration checks and safety tests, prepare technical reports.
• Diagnose and repair medical device, as well as maintain service records.
• Provide on-site and remote technical support and user training to clinical staff.
• Manage customer complaints, document service calls, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Travel to customer sites as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Fresh graduates with strong interest and aptitude are welcome.
• Basic IT literacy and comfort with Windows-based systems; candidates with additional IT/networking knowledge preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, technical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently, manage time effectively and communicate professionally with clinical staff.
• Valid driver’s license and own transport; willingness to travel for site visits.
