As we scale our manufacturing and market presence, we are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to pitch our patented innovative New oxygen therapy device into the market.

Core Objective

The ideal candidate will combine their Electronics and Biomedical Engineering background along with knowledge of medical device market.

3–5 years of hands-on sales experience to drive product adoption, manage key clinical accounts, and achieve sales targets.

They must possess robust technical and clinical knowledge of respiratory devices and systems. Knowledge and sales experience of devices like CPAP, BiPAP, and High-Flow Nasal Cannula (HFNC) / High Oxygen Flow Meters will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

· Drive Revenue Growth: Identify, prospect, and close sales opportunities for our manufactured products within the assigned territory.

· Key Account Management: Build and sustain strong, long-term relationships with Pulmonologists, Sleep Specialists, ICU Heads, Biomedical Engineers, and Hospital Procurement Managers.

· Sales Planning: Develop and execute weekly/monthly sales action plans under the guidance of the regional manager to meet and exceed revenue milestones.

2. Technical Product Expertise & Demonstrations

· Clinical Demonstrations: Conduct high-impact technical presentations and live product demonstrations in hospitals, and critical care units and to the doctors.

· Technical Consultation: Address technical, engineering, and clinical queries raised by doctors and biomedical teams, effectively showcasing our product's USP over competitors.

3. Cross-Functional Support & Maintenance

· Installation Support: Coordinate with the service team or personally oversee the technical installation and setup of devices at client sites.

· Feedback Loop: Act as a vital link between the field (hospitals/clinics) and our R&D/Manufacturing team to share customer feedback for continuous product improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Educational Background: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or Medical Electronics.

· Domain Expertise: Proven product knowledge and working experience with non-invasive ventilation and oxygen therapy systems (CPAP, BiPAP, High Oxygen Flow Meters) is strictly mandatory.

· Sales Track Record: 3 to 5 years of verifiable success in healthcare B2B sales, hospital setups, or critical care environments.

· Soft Skills: Outstanding negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills. Ability to resolve client issues proactively.

· Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory (Knowledge of regional languages like Marathi is a major plus).

· Physical & Schedule Agility: Highly energetic individual capable of handling field-intensive tasks (e.g., equipment demos, moving kits) and open to working flexible hours/weekends based on hospital exigencies.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹51,000.00 per month
