Biomedical Engineer (Generous Commission Rates)

Chemvalley Resources Inc. — a trusted provider of medical disinfectant consumables and devices for over 20 years — is seeking a competent and detail-oriented Biomedical Engineer to support the technical operations of our medical equipment distribution business. The successful candidate will be responsible for product evaluation and review, conducting product presentations and demonstrations, performing installation and preventive maintenance, and providing troubleshooting and technical support to clients.

This role requires electrical-technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with both internal sales teams and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Review & Evaluation

• Conduct technical assessments and evaluations of medical equipment prior to distribution.
• Ensure compliance with product specifications, regulatory standards, and company quality requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and product comparisons as needed.

2. Product Presentation & Demonstration

• Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Provide clear technical explanations tailored to medical and non-technical audiences.
• Support the sales team during client meetings, tenders, and bidding processes.

3. Installation & Commissioning

• Install, configure, and test medical equipment at client sites.
• Ensure proper calibration and functionality before turnover.
• Provide basic operational training to end-users.

4. Preventive Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and safety checks on equipment.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly and efficiently.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate repairs and parts replacement when necessary.

5. Client & After-Sales Support

• Respond to technical inquiries and service calls in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients through professional technical support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance with service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Preferably licensed (if applicable) or with relevant technical certifications.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in medical equipment servicing or related field is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of medical device operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Reports to office in Quezon City. Willing to occasionally travel for client site visits.
