Equipment Management & Maintenance

• Perform preventative maintenance: Schedule and execute routine testing, safety inspections, and calibrations on critical medical machinery (e.g., ventilators, anesthesia machines, defibrillators).
• Troubleshoot and repair: Rapidly diagnose and fix equipment malfunctions to minimize hospital downtime, especially in high-stakes areas like the ICU or Operating Rooms.
• Manage equipment lifecycles: Track hospital inventory, evaluate the performance of aging machinery, and advise hospital leadership on when to decommission or upgrade assets.

Clinical Support & Staff Training

• Train medical personnel: Conduct onboarding and refresher sessions for doctors, nurses, and technicians to ensure they operate sophisticated medical devices safely and correctly.
• Provide live technical consultation: Assist clinical teams during complex procedures or when introducing new diagnostic or surgical technologies to the floor.
• Investigate device incidents: Analyze any equipment-related patient incidents or failures, write detailed reports, and implement immediate safety correctives.

Regulatory Compliance & Safety

• Enforce healthcare standards: Ensure all medical technologies comply with strict electrical, radiation, and biological safety codes set by national health boards and international standards (like ISO or Joint Commission).
• Manage vendor contracts: Oversee third-party service technicians and manufacturers' warranties for highly specialized systems like MRI or CT scanners.
• Maintain documentation: Log every service, calibration, and repair in the hospital's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for auditing purposes.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php20,000.00 per month
