Biomedical Technical

BUZUD is seeking a Biomedical Technical Specialist to join our technical operations and field engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and calibration of home healthcare diagnostic tools, patient monitoring systems, and medical equipment. You will serve as the primary technical bridge between clinical users, retail/commercial partners, and BUZUD’s product teams to ensure device accuracy, safety, and compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation & Testing: Perform setup, testing, hardware/software installation, and calibration for BUZUD medical devices and monitoring equipment.
• Maintenance & Technical Support: Execute routine preventive maintenance, field service, on-site troubleshooting, and corrective repairs to minimize device downtime.
• Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all medical devices adhere to relevant safety standards, manufacturer protocols, and local health authority regulations (e.g., HSA, ISO 13485).
• Customer & Clinical Training: Provide technical guidance, operational demonstrations, and product training to healthcare professionals, distributors, and end-users.
• Documentation: Maintain service logs, calibration reports, diagnostic checklists, and equipment inventory records.
• Cross-Functional Feedback: Collaborate with sales, and quality teams by reporting recurring technical issues and offering feedback for product improvements.
