BIR Compiler Supervisor - Reliever

About the role

The BIR Compiler Supervisor leads the tax compliance team in gathering, compiling, and reviewing required documents and reports for the Bureau of Internal Revenue. They ensure all periodic tax returns, relief data, and schedules are accurate and submitted on time to prevent penalties.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, compile, and review required documents and reports for the Bureau of Internal Revenue
• Ensure all periodic tax returns, relief data, and schedules are accurate and submitted on time
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR tax filings
• Review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Monitor multiple deadlines and ensure timely submission to prevent penalties
• Coordinate with BIR offices, accounting/payroll teams, external compilers, and other departments
• Handle confidential tax and company documents

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledgeable in BIR rules, regulations, forms, and filing deadlines
• Able to review and verify documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, especially in monitoring multiple deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills with BIR offices, accounting/payroll teams, external compilers, and other departments
• Able to work independently and handle confidential tax and company documents
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working under time pressure and tight compliance deadlines
• Experience in BIR compliance, tax filing, or accounting-related work (preferred)
• Familiar with BIR / SEC registration, transactions and other compliance (preferred)
• Management experience: 1 year (preferred)
