Birthday Party Host

Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Party Host to join our dynamic team. The Birthday Host assists in making sure all guests have a STRIKING experience! This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. As a Party Host, you will play a key role in ensuring that every event runs smoothly, and all their party needs are fulfilled.

Duties

• Be knowledgeable in all basic requirements for all departments
• Coordinate activities and entertainment to keep guests entertained and involved.
• Manage food service, including setup, serving, and cleanup of parties
• Ability to communicate with parties about the set up, and the timeline of the party
• Communicate with other departments clearly about the party's needs (food, attractions, and bowling)
• Provide assistance in other departments when needed (bowl counter, redemption, maintenance and attractions)
• Interact with all party guests, including party parents, and kids

Requirements

• Previous experience preferred
• Must be 15 years of age
• Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8 hours
• Public speaking skills to effectively communicate with guests and lead activities.
• Have the ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Must adhere to any/all policies listed in the employee handbook
• Weekend availability
• Cash handling
