JOB SUMMARY

Experiences Biryani Master required to handle Biryani Veg & Non - Veg Pulao preparation for restaurant and banquet operations

Key Responsibilites

• Prepare chicken,Mutton and other Non-Veg Biryani
• Prepare Veg & Non - Veg Pualo Varieties
• Handle rice preparation, meat / Vegetable preparation, marination and masala
• Prepare biryani and pulao in bulk quantities for restaurant & banquet
• Maintain Consistent taste, quality and presentation
• Ensure proper cooking and rice and meat
• Control portion size and minimize food wastage
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and proper food storage
• Follow food safety standards and Hod instructions

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Biryani and Pualo preparation
• Strong knowledge of rice, spices, masala and meat prepartion
• Experience in Bulk cooking
• Ability to maintain consistent taste and quality
• Good teamwork and kitchen management
• knowledge of food hygiene and safety
• Experience 5 - 7 years preferred
