Biscuit Maker – Bojangles | Flowood, MS

Pay: $13.00 per hour, with a $1.00 per hour increase after 90 days and completion of training checklists
Job type: Full-time
Shifts: Morning Shift (store opens at 4 a.m.) and Evening Shift available

• Follow our process to deliver consistent quality, batch after batch
• Stay ahead of demand so we never run short during a rush
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Work independently, without waiting to be told

This role is structured and repeatable, and consistency is the craft. Candidates who value routine and precision do well here. Physical Requirements

• Frequently bend, twist at waist, kneel, squat, stand, and walk
• Occasionally climb and descend a ladder
• Tolerate extreme cold and hot temperatures, and work in and around fryers, ovens, grills, coolers, freezers, sharp objects, and loud noises
• Reach, grasp, and manipulate objects with hands for the entire shift, including reaching overhead
• Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lbs. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
