We're Hiring Road Construction Manager -Bitumen Roads
Position: Road Construction Manager -Bitumen Roads
Location: Nigeria
Experience: 2025+ Years
**Qualification: B.E./**B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of bituminous/asphalt road construction projects.
Lead and supervise bitumen road carpeting (asphalt surfacing) activities from preparation to final finishing.
Execute GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, Prime Coat and Tack Coat works as per project specifications.
Plan and oversee Hot Mix Plant (HMP), asphalt paver, bitumen distributor, rollers, graders and other road construction equipment.
Monitor bitumen temperature, asphalt mix quality, laying, compaction, thickness, levels and finishing.
Manage manpower, subcontractors, site engineers and supervisors for smooth project execution.
Mandatory Experience
Extensive experience in Bitumen Road Carpeting
Hands-on experience with GSB, WMM, DBM & BC work
Preferred candidate profile
Extensive experience in Bitumen Road Carpeting
