• Supporting spray sealing operations, plant checks and site set-up
• Loading, unloading and moving equipment and materials
• Working with the crew to deliver quality work, safely and on time
• Identifying hazards, following safety procedures and looking after equipment
• Completing paperwork and quality assurance checks to keep standards high

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum Full Class 4 Driver Licence – essential
• Roading or civil construction experience
• A strong safety mindset and pride in doing a job right
• A practical, reliable, team-first attitude
• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn
• Good computer skills and confidence with paperwork

Got the experience? Bring it. Keen to learn? We’ll back you.

Experience with bitumen, spray sealing, W, T, R or Dangerous Goods is a bonus, but the right attitude goes a long way.

This is hands-on work that makes a real difference to our roads and communities. Join a supportive crew, build your skills and be part of delivering quality results.
