Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing customer orders and payments accurately
• Manage food service customer orders efficiently, including taking orders, upselling menu items, and handling special requests
• Maintain a clean workspace by adhering to sanitation and food safety protocols, including proper food handling and equipment cleaning
• Assist with cashiering duties, processing cash transactions, and managing retail sales transactions with accuracy
• Support kitchen operations by operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food preparation
• Ensure timely bussing of tables or clearing of dining areas to maintain cleanliness and customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude
• Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and retail math calculations
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow sanitation guidelines
• Previous experience in food industry roles such as serving, cashiering, or food handling is advantageous
• Retail or grocery store experience is beneficial but not required
