Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute advanced SEO strategies focused on generating qualified inbound phone calls.
• Identify high-intent keywords and search queries that are likely to convert into phone leads.
• Build and optimize landing pages designed to drive phone calls and lead conversions.
• Conduct competitor and SERP analysis to identify opportunities for increasing call volume.
• Implement technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO strategies.
• Develop scalable link-building and content strategies to improve organic visibility.
• Test different keywords, landing pages, CTAs, and SEO approaches to increase call conversion rates.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, call volume, qualified leads, and conversion rates.
• Analyze which keywords and pages generate the highest-quality calls and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Set up and monitor call tracking and attribution to measure SEO-generated calls.
• Continuously experiment with new SEO growth opportunities while staying within the company's legal and platform-compliance requirements.
• Work toward measurable monthly targets for organic leads and qualified phone calls.

Preferred candidate profile

• 25+ years of hands-on experience in SEO, preferably with lead-generation or call-generation campaigns.
• Proven track record of generating qualified inbound calls and leads through organic search.
• Strong understanding of advanced, technical, on-page, off-page, local, and programmatic SEO.
• Experience with competitive and experimental SEO strategies, including gray-hat/black-hat SEO techniques, with a clear understanding of associated risks.
• Strong keyword research and high-intent search analysis skills.
• Experience building and optimizing landing pages for phone-call conversions.
• Strong knowledge of link building, backlink analysis, competitor analysis, and SERP analysis.
• Experience with SEO automation and large-scale SEO campaigns is a plus.
• Proficiency with tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics.
• Experience with call tracking, lead attribution, and conversion-rate optimization is highly preferred.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with performance targets and KPIs.
• Able to independently plan, execute, test, and optimize SEO campaigns.
• Strong understanding of search-engine algorithm changes and their potential impact on organic performance.
• Results-oriented, experimental, and comfortable working in highly competitive niches.
• Candidates should be able to demonstrate previous SEO results through case studies, screenshots, analytics, or other verifiable examples.
