Blender Operator

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor blender/mixing machines according to approved production procedures.
• Prepare and load raw materials into the blender according to specified quantities and formulations.
• Follow production batch sheets, work instructions, and mixing specifications accurately.
• Monitor blending time, temperature, speed, and other required machine parameters.
• Inspect raw materials before use and report any abnormalities or discrepancies.
• Ensure proper sequencing and accurate measurement of materials during the mixing process.
• Monitor the operation of equipment and immediately report machine abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Conduct basic cleaning, inspection, and preventive maintenance of blending equipment.
• Perform quality checks on blended materials and coordinate with Quality Control personnel when necessary.
• Record batch information, production output, machine readings, and other required data.
• Ensure proper labeling and handling of finished or semi-finished materials.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area.
• Follow all company policies, production procedures, and health and safety regulations.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure safe handling of materials.
• Minimize material waste and prevent contamination or product mix-ups.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and material handling activities when required.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least High School or Senior High School graduate; vocational or technical training is an advantage.
• Previous experience as a Blender Operator, Machine Operator, Production Operator, or similar manufacturing role is preferred.
• Experience operating industrial mixing or blending equipment is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of machine operation, production processes, and safety procedures.
• Willing to start ASAP
• Amenable to work near San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
