About The Role This is a self-employed opportunity focusing on in-home customer consultations, design, and sales.

With over 50 years of heritage, Hillarys Blinds are a market leader in premium made-to-measure window furnishings across the UK and Ireland. Our Irish business continues to grow, supported by strong nationwide demand.

As a Sales Designer, you will visit customers in their homes to:

• Inspire customers with design ideas and product possibilities
• Advise on premium solutions including shutters, conservatory roofs, and awnings
• Take measurements to support the design and ordering process
• Guide customers confidently from consultation through to order

This is a consultative sales role, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience while helping customers transform their living spaces.

Full training is provided, so no previous industry experience is required.

Earnings & Structure

• This is a self-employed, commission-based opportunity with strong earning and bonus potential
• Your earnings will reflect your time commitment and performance

What You’ll Need

• Full Irish driving licence
