Job Title: BLM Laser & Wire Bending Operator

Experience: 3-5 Years

Industry: Furniture Manufacturing / Metal Furniture

Job Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor BLM wire bending machines to produce components as per drawings and specifications.
• Interpret technical drawings and program machine parameters for accurate production.
• Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and basic troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and production targets are achieved.
• Conduct routine machine maintenance and follow safety procedures.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience operating BLM Wire Bending Machines.
• Experience in furniture manufacturing, metal furniture, or sheet metal fabrication industry preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to quality.
