Block Butcher

Full time permanent position for a professional carcass butcher to join our busy shop. All Yorkshire reared meats and full carcass break down, taking pride in everything we do.

Successful candidates should be able to provide a quality service to regular and new customers in a retail and wholesale environment.

Be able to keep up to the counter as well as any additional work for customers.

Experience is necessary but skills can also be taught on site. Cash and card payments taken with up to date scales and tills

Be able to bring new improved ideas to the business and willingness to learn new ways.

Must be up to date on haccp and health and hygiene procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £27,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
