Block Development Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of sales executives to achieve targets in retail branch banking, credit card sales, and field sales.
• Conduct regular visits to branches across the region to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide coaching.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue growth through effective relationship management with customers.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong understanding of retail branch banking, credit card sales, and field work principles.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team leadership and customer interaction.
