Block Manager

Pay: €50,000.00-€60,000.00 per year

Job Description:

Owen Reilly is seeking to employ an experienced OMC Property Manager to join our award winning team based in modern offices in central Dublin.

What we require:

• A minimum of three years’ experience in residential block management.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Good knowledge and understanding of the sector.
• Exceptional organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• PSRA License D
• Ambition to develop and be a market leader.

The Role:

• Day to day customer service with all stakeholders.
• Managing pitches.
• Business development.
• Liaising with Directors of OMC’s on a regular basis.
• Facilities management including appointment and supervision of contractors and management of on-site staff.
• Financial management of each individual company to a pre-determined budget.
• Attending and running AGM's, General Meetings and Directors meetings.
• Compliance regarding statutory obligations of the Owner Management Companies (OMC’s) and adherence to the Multi-Unit Development (MUD) Act.
