Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Block Plasterer to join our team. As a Block Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and finished appearance. Your attention to detail and expertise in various plastering techniques will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and sanding them
• Mix plaster materials according to specifications
• Apply plaster or other materials to walls, ceilings, or surfaces using hand tools or spray equipment
• Create decorative textures and finishes
• Smooth and level surfaces using trowels, brushes, or other tools
• Repair cracks, holes, or other imperfections in plaster or drywall
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Block Plasterer or similar role
• Strong knowledge of block plastering techniques and materials
• Familiarity with hand tools used in the trade
• Experience with metal stud framing and concrete forming is a plus
• Ability to read construction plans and perform construction estimating
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
