- Injection and blow mold inquiries quotation and order elaboration.
- Coordinate and support injection/blow mold business development.
- Follow up preform and bottle development inquiries and coordinate with the sales team.
- Coordinate project activities/complaints from kick-off to completion.
- Conduct regular customer visits regarding ongoing or potential projects and business cooperation.
- Organize, prepare, and execute project/order reviews and business forecasts.
- Preform Injection mold localization implementation.
- Improve customer satisfaction.
