About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Blue Collar Manager to manage blue-collar workforce operations, recruitment, deployment, attendance, employee engagement, compliance, and contractor management.

NAPS/NATS experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end blue-collar workforce lifecycle
• Plan and execute manpower hiring & deployment
• Coordinate with contractors and manpower agencies
• Monitor attendance, shifts, absenteeism, attrition & productivity
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee records & documentation
• Handle employee grievances and workforce issues
• Ensure labour law & statutory compliance
• Prepare manpower, attendance & workforce reports
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in HR/Business Administration or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant blue-collar workforce/HR experience
• Hands-on NAPS/NATS experience
• Experience with contractors/manpower agencies
• Knowledge of labour laws & statutory compliance
• Strong communication, coordination & people-management skills
• Good MS Excel & HRMS knowledge
