Role Purpose:
Looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on Blue Prism expertise to design, develop, deploy, and support enterprise automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Blue Prism automations using Process Studio, Object Studio, Work Queues, Control Room, Schedules, and Exception Handling.
• Manage end-to-end RPA delivery from process assessment and solution design to development, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Integrate automations with Excel, Outlook, Web/Windows applications, SQL databases, and APIs.
• Troubleshoot bot failures, perform RCA, optimize performance, and ensure bot stability.
• Prepare and maintain PDD, SDD, test cases, deployment, and support documentation.
• Follow RPA governance, security, quality, and development standards.
• Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and global stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and intelligent automation.

• Blue Prism AD01 Certification
• Power Automate

• Python / Scripting
• AI/GenAI & Intelligent Automation
• Cloud technologies

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years of relevant RPA experience
• Strong enterprise Blue Prism development experience
• Experience in end-to-end automation delivery and production support
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in shipping/logistics, finance, operations, shared services, or GCC/GBS is an advantage.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.Role & responsibilities
