• Salary range of $34,000 to $37,000 depending on qualifications

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide professional administrative, program, communications, and organizational support across our three community-focused organizations.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Is highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
• Is proficient with Microsoft Office, Canva, AI tools, and online applications
• Can maintain accurate records and handle confidential information
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Brings a professional, positive, and dependable approach to the workplace

High school diploma or equivalent required. Administrative, small business, nonprofit, government, economic development, customer-service, or related experience preferred.
