Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Solutions Lead to drive end-to-end Demand Planning and Supply Planning processes within the Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning & Optimization (SCPO) platform. The ideal candidate will serve as the functional expert, partnering with business stakeholders, planners, buyers, and IT teams to optimize forecasting, inventory, replenishment, and supply planning processes while maximizing business value from the Blue Yonder platform. DDP Spotlight Series Blue Yonder.pptx describes SCPO as supporting demand forecasting, supply plan review, exception management, inventory planning, and purchase order recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Blue Yonder Demand Planning and Supply Planning solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization initiatives.
• Manage demand forecasting, forecast review, forecast accuracy improvement, and exception management processes.
• Support supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, and purchase planning activities.
• Partner with Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Business teams to drive planning excellence.
• Configure and validate planning policies, business rules, and planning parameters within Blue Yonder.
• Lead testing, UAT, training, deployment, and change management activities.
• Analyze planning performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and integration teams on Blue Yonder interfaces with Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications.

Compensation:

$130,000 to $140,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
