We are looking for experienced Bluetooth & Audio DSP Developers to join our team in Bangalore.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work on communication stacks with in-depth domain knowledge of Bluetooth Classic, Bluetooth LE, Bluetooth Audio, Multipoint, Auracast, Controller stack protocols, and BLE profiles/services
• Design and maintain system-level solutions combining state-of-the-art hardware and software components, with proper documentation
• Develop and debug functions/protocols such as TWS role switch, fast pairing, voice assistants, and support Conformance & Teams certifications
• Understand complex customer application ecosystems and integrate product offerings accordingly
• Develop and debug all aspects of system software, with strong understanding of overall system performance from both hardware and software perspectives

Required Skills:

• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field
• 5+ years of industrial experience in firmware development
• Strong programming skills in C/C++ and Python
• Strong knowledge of Digital Signal Processing (DSP) and algorithm development
• Experience with communication stacks — Bluetooth Classic, BLE, USB, SDIO WiFi, and Bluetooth & WiFi interoperability
• Strong knowledge of Tensilica HiFi, Kalimba DSP cores, and Bluetooth Audio Frameworks
• Hands-on experience integrating, building, and testing multi-threaded applications
• Experience with embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS)
• Proficiency with SCM tools (GIT, SVN, ClearCase, Perforce, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with defect tracking tools (Jira, Bugzilla, etc.)

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of software development processes (Agile/Waterfall)
• Application of Object-Oriented concepts and methodologies
• System-level knowledge in Audio, Video, and TWS domains

Education: BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, and Biotechnology backgrounds will not be considered)
