BRANCH MANAGER -

#### Job Summary

Responsible for driving insurance business across multiple bank branches in a city/zone. Lead the team, manage bank relationships, and ensure target achievement.

#### Key Responsibilities / KRA

1. Business Growth

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly premium & policy targets

- Maintain healthy product mix - Health, Term, ULIP, Traditional

2. Team Leadership

- Manage 3-4 Cluster Managers and 30-50 FLS

- Recruitment, training, and performance management of team

- Motivate team through contests and coaching

3. Bank Relationship Management

- Build strong relationship with Regional Bank Heads and Branch Managers

- Ensure branch activation and staff engagement for referrals

- Conduct training sessions for bank staff

4. Strategy & Planning

- Make business plan for region and branches

- Identify growth opportunities and weak areas

- Drive new initiatives given by company

5. Process & Compliance

- Ensure IRDAI compliance, KYC norms, and audit scores

- Support in claims and customer grievance resolution

- Submit daily/weekly reports to Zonal/Regional Head

#### Eligibility

- Education: Graduate. MBA preferred

- Experience: 5-8 years in Insurance/Banking. Minimum 2 years as Cluster Manager/Team Lead

- Certification: IRDAI License mandatory

- Skills: Leadership, Sales, Banca Knowledge, Communication, Negotiation

#### Salary

7-20 LPA + High Incentives + Fuel, Mobile, Health Benefits
