BMC Helix Developer

For one of my customer we are looking for a Senior BMC Developer.

Location: Europe(100% remote)

Duration: 6 months renewable

Description:

The Senior BMC Helix Developer will provide strong hands-on development and RUN expertise to support the transition, Knowledge Transfer and internalisation of BMC Helix ITSM capabilities.

Working closely with the ITSM Architect, GCC Technical Lead and BMC Helix Technical Expert, the role will focus on technical Knowledge Transfer, RUN support, backlog , platform enhancements and project implementations.

The developer will ensure platform stability, resolve complex technical incidents and deliver high-quality developments while contributing to the GCC team's progressive technical autonomy.

Required Profile:

8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years of hands-on BMC Remedy / BMC Helix development.

Proven experience as a Senior BMC Helix Developer with strong RUN / production support expertise.

Deep hands-on knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM, AR System / Developer Studio and Innovation Studio.

Strong experience with Digital Workplace, Service Catalogue, CMDB and ITSM workflows.

Proven experience with REST APIs, integrations and automation.

Strong experience in L3 incident resolution, debugging, root-cause analysis and permanent fixes.

Demonstrated ability to deliver backlog enhancements and project developments.

Experience with testing, releases, deployments and production environments.

Autonomous, proactive, fast learner and delivery-oriented.

Strong English communication and technical documentation skills.

Highly Desirable

BMC Helix SaaS, Discovery and Operations Management.

Helix Data Manager and Dashboards.

CMDB automation and data integrations.

Experience with technical transitions and Knowledge Transfer.

ITSM transformation and legacy BMC modernisation.

ITIL certification.
