BMC Remedy Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced BMC Remedy Professional to manage, customize, maintain, and support our enterprise Service Management platform. In this role, you will be responsible for designing workflow solutions, maintaining system health, managing core ITSM modules (Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, CMDB), and integrating BMC Remedy with third-party systems and tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and customize workflows, forms, and applications using Remedy Developer Studio.
• Administer BMC Remedy AR System (On-Premises), including user permissions, foundation data, server maintenance, and patch upgrades.
• Manage core ITSM modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SRM, and CMDB.
• Build and maintain integrations using REST API, Web Services, and Mid-Tier setup.
• Troubleshoot system/AR Server issues and align processes with ITIL standards.

About you

• Primary Skills: BMC Remedy AR System, Developer Studio, Remedy Mid-Tier, Smart IT, CMDB.
• Integrations & DB: REST API, Web Services, SQL Server / Oracle DB queries.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 framework.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or equivalent practical experience.
