Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled BMS Field Engineer to oversee the deployment, testing, and lifecycle maintenance of our Building Management Systems. You will ensure control systems are correctly installed, fully functional, and regularly maintained to maximize building efficiency and uptime.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Conduct network configuration and integration using BACnet, Modbus, or local area network protocols.
- Perform functional performance tests and manage formal system handover documentation for client acceptance.

- Direct experience with field controllers, control panel wiring, and testing instruments (multimeters, loop calibrators).
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in BMS service, commissioning, or maintenance.
- Practical familiarity with platforms like Tridium Niagara, Trend, ABB Cylon, Siemens Desigo, or Schneider EcoStruxure.
- Strong diagnostic capabilities to isolate faults between physical mechanical equipment, wiring, and software code.
- Relevant technical qualification (Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Building Services, or Instrumentation) and standard site safety certifications
- Full, clean driving licence for travel to client sites.
