BMS Engineer

GRS Recruitment are pleased to partner with a reputable Construction company based in Larnaca, to find a dedicated BMS Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Do you have the authorization to work in Cyprus and are a fluent English speaker? The successful candidate will lead the system delivery across multiple projects in Cyprus, starting with a major infrastructure project. The role covers the full BMS lifecycle, including system design, programming, integration, commissioning, and handover.

• Engineering Design and Technical Coordination
• BMS Programming and System Integration
• Procurement and Materials Management
• Cost Control and Cash Flow Monitoring
• System Testing, Commissioning and Handover

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Must-Have

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or Control Engineering.
• 7+ years of hands-on BMS programming and commissioning experience with a manufacturer, system integrator or MEP contractor.
• Practical experience with Johnson Controls Metasys and/or Facility Explorer.
• Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and M-Bus integrations.
• Experience commissioning chilled-water plants and HVAC control systems.
• Proficiency in BMS panel design, electrical/control drawings and AutoCAD.
• Legal right to live and work in Cyprus at the time of application

Preferred

• Familiarity with major BMS platforms, including Siemens, Schneider, Honeywell or Trend.
• Experience with live system upgrades and migrations.
• Background in critical facilities such as hospitals, airports or data centres.
• Knowledge of KNX/DALI, fire alarm and generator integrations.
• BMS manufacturer certification preferred.
• Understanding of energy monitoring and reporting.

SALARY AND BENEFITS

• €50,000 - €80,000 Gross Per Annum
• Salary will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and skills. The advertised salary range is indicative, any offer will reflect the successful candidate’s suitability.
