BMS Engineer (Project / Service) [$5000 / 5 days]

Summary:

• Basic: $5000 + VB
• 5 days / Office Hours
• Location: Jurong East MRT

Responsibilities:

Project Engineer:

• Contribute to both conceptual and detailed design for mechanical, electrical, and BMS engineering works.
• Support the Manager in project planning, budget cost control, and project execution.
• Coordinate with the main contractor and other contractors for BMS installation activities.
• Supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed to acceptable workmanship standards.
• Prepare site progress reports and project documentation, including method statements.
• Ensure timely project handover while maintaining high quality and cost effectiveness.
• Review non-conformities, resolve technical issues, and drive successful project completion to meet customer satisfaction.

Service Engineer:

• Lead and manage subcontractors to carry out maintenance and service works effectively.
• Plan, organize, coordinate, and implement preventive maintenance activities to meet authority and client requirements on schedule.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for quotations and purchase order management.
• Perform routine system checks, backups, restorations, troubleshooting, and upgrades to maintain optimal BMS performance.
• Optimize BMS operations to reduce building energy consumption while providing technical guidance and engineering solutions to Facility Management teams.
