该职位来源于猎聘 HVB Function Validation and EEPH Validation working package including working content as below. HVB and EEPH validation on HiL, test bench and vehicle Test case specification, implementation and automation

 Create test specifications on HiL, test bench and vehicle level according to the requirement specifications and/or experience.  Implement test cases / test packages and modify test cases as might be required.  Review test cases regarding feasibility and completeness.  Create test automation packages for HiL, test bench and vehicle testing.  Direct communication with all relevant counter parts for open questions clarification.  Run tests according to the assigned functions and available test specifications.  Create test report including detailed failure description.  Configure all SW-tools (TraceTronic ECU-Test, CANalyzer, INCA, etc…) and relevant devices (Vector CANcase, Datalogger etc…) for testing on HiL test bench, HV-Battery test bench and/or vehicle level.  Arrange available timeslots at the vehicle and/or test benches. 

Support supplier bench Setup & Debugging Records: Photos, checklists, setup issue logs. Create daily Test Reports. Check Raw Data & Log Files: Calibration data, CAN/LIN logs, fault code screenshots. Expected work results (tasks 100% complete according to below content):  100% coverage of test specifications.  HiL/vehicle/testbench configured and ready for testing. 

Test report including test data, test progress, pass/fail items, anomaly summaries.  Continuous maintenance of test specifications and test automation packages.

 Test cases are reviewed, and results are aligned with the responsible counter parts. 

Lab On-site Supervision Records: Verification of test execution against specifications. Test Plan Tracking Sheet: Actual progress vs. planned milestones. Equipment & Sample Status Tracking: Sample IDs, usage hours, anomaly logs. 

Travel as required _ by request. Function Validation within vehicle testing  Participate in intense vehicle road testing.  Configure all SW-tools (E-Sys, Ediabas, INPA, ECUtest, CANalyzer, INCA, etc…) and relevant devices (CANcase, Datalogger etc…) for vehicle testing.  Arrange available timeslots at the vehicle.  Run tests according to test specifications.

 Create test report including details in case of failed tests.  Provide troubleshooting support for HV-Battery related issues as might be required. Coordinate and manage vehicle in reference of test plan, timeline and shared usage.  Align with all involved parties (vehicle requester) relevant tests, required equipment, required vehicle hardware and software as well as vehicle availability and timeline.  Prepare and arrange vehicle upgrade in reference of required hardware.  Prepare and conduct vehicle upgrade in reference of require software (I-step).  Prepare and arrange vehicle equipment (CANcase, Datalogger etc…). Expected work results(tasks 100% complete according to below content):  Measurement equipment configured and ready for testing.  Tests conducted according to timeline, potential delays and disturbances are identified and addressed.  Test reports, maturity level confirmation and potential failure analysis available and aligned with the relevant counter parts.  Accurate failure analysis (pre-analysis) conducted and properly documented by the available problem management tools.  Test plan aligned and available in time.  All test vehicles updated and available in time with required hardware, software and potential additional equipment. 

Failure analysis (root cause analysis)  Review test reports from HiL, test bench and vehicle testing.  Review and reproduce relevant field issues and coordinate required failure reproduction on HiL test bench, HVB test bench and/or vehicle.  Analyze failure (root cause analysis) and create analysis report which including issue time, test conditions, phenomena, preliminary root cause analysis.  Report failures via the used problem management tools.

 Reproduction Procedure Documentation: To support Technical Lead or German team in deep dive analysis  Monitor the problem-solving process and verify the solution of the problem after bug fix implementation.

Expected work results(tasks 100% complete according to below content):  Root cause identified and documented. Including issue time, test conditions, phenomena, preliminary root cause analysis.  Accurate failure/issue documentation available in the corresponding problem management systems.  Continuous monitoring of open Tickets as required by Problem Management Process (PMP).  Internal issue tracking list up to date and status prepared and/or presented in relevant meetings. 
