Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control the BMS to ensure efficient operation of building systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with HVAC, lighting, and other building management systems.
• Perform routine system checks and maintenance to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Respond to emergency alarms and provide support during system malfunctions.
• Maintain accurate logs of system performance and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address system faults or upgrades.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in BMS operation or related field.
• Strong knowledge of building automation systems and troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Technical certification or degree in a relevant field (preferred).

Experience Range:

3 - 6 years

Educational Qualifications:

-Diploma in Electronics/Telecommnunication , -Diploma in Electrical , -B.Tech/B.E in Instrumentation
