BMS Operator

Job Title: BMS Operator

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Operate and maintain computerized building systems to ensure safety and security.
2. Monitor BMS, safety, and access systems in compliance with company security policies.
3. Coordinate with Engineering and HSE to diagnose and resolve system abnormalities.
4. Maintain records, logs, and reports for management review.
5. Control entry access to all buildings and sites.
6. Ensure operational readiness of all BMS and security networks.
7. Inspect systems to identify and report malfunctions.
8. Schedule equipment maintenance and relay alarms to operational staff for repair.
9. Manage specialist contractors for installation, testing, and upkeep of building systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, Building

Automation Systems, or HVAC Technology.

• 2 years of experience in operating, monitoring, and maintaining Building Management

Systems.

• Basic exposure to integrated building systems (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm, energy

management, access control).
