An exciting opportunity has become available for a Project Manager to join a growing Mech/elec/BMS business entering an exciting phase of expansion.

With several major contracts expected to commence later this year, the business is looking to strengthen its team ahead of a significant pipeline of work. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Project Manager to work on complex, high-value projects while continuing to develop their technical expertise within the BMS industry.

The business has recently opened a brand-new office and factory facility, providing a modern and collaborative environment for its growing team.

About the role

You will be responsible for managing projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery across scope, budget, timelines, and client expectations. You will have the opportunity to work on major data centre projects and build your capability within the BMS space.

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, leading projects, solving problems, and being part of a business where they can make a real impact.

About you

Ideally, you will have:

• An electrical background or HVAC experience with exposure to BMS/building automation
• Experience managing projects from commencement through to completion
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
• A proactive approach with the ambition to learn and grow within the BMS industry
• The confidence to take ownership, lead projects, and develop your career as the business continues to expand
