BMS Technical Project Leader

• Project Communication Coordination and Document Management: Take the lead in organizing multi-party cross-role (e.g., technical, customer, implementation) meetings for BMS projects, establish an efficient project communication platform to ensure timely and accurate synchronization of project information; at the same time, be responsible for the collation and filing of project meeting minutes, retain key project communication results, and support project traceability.
• Project Customer Assistance and Support: Undertake auxiliary work related to customers in BMS projects, including specific tasks such as procurement quantity statistics, collaborate to connect with customer needs, and help the smooth progress of customer-side project-related work.
• The formulation and update of the long-term timeline for BMS projects are associated work contents of this position.
• Responsible for formulating the overall plan of BMS-related projects, clarifying project milestone nodes, and promoting the implementation and progress tracking of the plan.
• Carry out project budget tracking work, compile budget tracking reports, ensure that project costs are strictly controlled within the budget scope, and guarantee that there is no overspending risk in the budget tracking reports submitted by TPL.
• Conduct comprehensive project risk assessment, identify potential risks throughout the project lifecycle, formulate targeted risk response plans, and reduce the impact of risks on the project.
• Lead cross-team collaboration work, organize communication meetings with relevant parties such as R&D, finance, and suppliers, compile collaboration minutes, and ensure smooth cross-departmental information synchronization and collaboration.
• Responsible for the technical delivery summary work before project SOP, sort out technical delivery achievements, problems and improvement directions, and form a complete summary report. Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree or above in relevant engineering majors such as Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or Materials Engineering.
• Have at least 3 years of development experience in successfully delivering projects, including more than 3 years of BMS development project experience.
• Familiar with new energy vehicle industry standards (such as ISO 26262).
• Those with relevant project management certifications are preferred.
• Have rich cross-team coordination experience, be able to efficiently coordinate multiple resources such as R&D, finance, and suppliers, and promote problem solving and project progress.
• Strong logical thinking ability and problem-solving ability, able to quickly respond to technical difficulties.
• Good communication and coordination skills as well as team spirit, able to efficiently connect with the technical needs of the project team, suppliers and customers.
• Rigorous work attitude, strong sense of responsibility and learning ability, able to adapt to industry technology iteration and continuously improve professional level.
• Practical experience in the establishment and maintenance of Know-How databases.
• Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to independently read English technical documents and participate in English meetings.
