BMS Technician

Enaara Facilities & Management is looking for a skilled BMS Technician to join our team at the Madison Square Mall, Rawalpindi site office. In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the efficient functioning of HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Your goal will be to optimize system performance, minimize downtime, support energy efficiency, and ensure safe, smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• BMS Monitoring & Operations: Continuously monitor and operate the BMS to oversee HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Maintenance & Inspections: Perform routine physical and system inspections, as well as scheduled preventive maintenance activities on controls and connected systems.
• Fault Detection & Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to system alarms (target response within 5 minutes) and troubleshoot or resolve technical faults efficiently.
• Energy Optimization: Adjust BMS parameters within approved operational guidelines to optimize energy usage and support efficiency goals.
• Record Keeping & Logging: Maintain 100% accurate system logs, operation records, and maintenance documentation.
• Safety & Compliance: Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, operational standards, and facility management procedures.
• Coordination & Escalation: Work closely with the MEP-Electrical team and escalate complex faults or critical failures to the Electrical Manager, GM Projects, or COO when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Prior experience in BMS operation, HVAC controls, and electrical/mechanical systems within facility management.
• Ability to interpret system alarms, troubleshoot technical issues, and adjust operating parameters.
• Strong commitment to safety regulations and operational standards.
• Good record-keeping skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with engineering and maintenance teams.

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
