Job Description

We are looking for a skilled BMS Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Building Management System (BMS) equipment and controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain BMS control panels, sensors, actuators, controllers, and field devices.

• Monitor and operate HVAC, lighting, electrical, and other building automation systems through the BMS.

• Troubleshoot and repair BMS equipment, wiring, communication networks, and control systems.

• Perform testing, calibration, commissioning, and system integration.

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure reliable system performance.

• Read and interpret electrical, control, and BMS drawings.

• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, and maintenance teams to resolve system issues.

• Maintain service reports and follow company safety standards.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant BMS technician experience.

• Knowledge of BMS, HVAC controls, sensors, actuators, PLC/DDC controllers, and communication protocols.

• Experience with BMS software, control panels, and building automation systems.

• Valid GCC driving licence is mandatory.

• GCC experience is preferred.

• Good troubleshooting, communication, and technical reporting skills.
