BMS/Controls Specialists

• Install, configure, program, test, and maintain BMS and building automation systems.
• Monitor and control HVAC equipment, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems through BMS platforms.
• Configure and troubleshoot controllers, sensors, actuators, thermostats, control panels, and field devices.
• Develop and modify control logic, sequences of operation, schedules, alarms, and setpoints as required.
• Work with communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and other supported building automation protocols.
• Integrate HVAC, metering, lighting, energy monitoring, and other compatible building systems into the BMS.
• Perform point-to-point checks, functional testing, system calibration, and commissioning activities.
• Diagnose communication failures, control faults, sensor errors, and system integration issues.
• Review BMS drawings, control schematics, input/output (I/O) schedules, network architecture, and technical specifications.
• Monitor system performance, identify operational inefficiencies, and recommend energy-saving improvements.
• Coordinate with HVAC, electrical, ELV, IT, and other MEP teams to ensure successful system integration.
• Maintain BMS software backups, controller configurations, graphics, databases, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, manufacturer guidelines, cybersecurity requirements, and HSE procedures.
• Prepare commissioning reports, maintenance records, fault reports, and system handover documentation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to technicians, operators, and maintenance personnel.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
