BMS/OT Technology Support Specialist

For our client, we are seeking a BMS/OT Technology Support Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,600 – $137,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage vulnerabilities in BMS/OT assets, coordinating remediation efforts
• Execute patching of supervisory devices and applications, ensuring security and stability
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for OT products, including documentation
• Troubleshoot and restore BMS systems, coordinating incident resolution effectively
• Oversee application health and vendor relationships for BMS technology

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of hands-on BMS experience, particularly with Niagara Framework and Tridium JACE/JENEsys
• Proficient in OT network infrastructure involving VLANs, DHCP/DNS, and firewall rules
• Experience managing vulnerabilities and patches for OT/BMS assets with tools like Qualys or Tenable
• Solid background in PKI certificate management for building control systems
