What they need

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Ruby ABA | Cincinnati, Ohio
Full-Time

Built by Clinicians, for Clinicians

At Ruby ABA, we believe exceptional care starts with a team that feels supported, respected, and empowered to grow.

We are a locally owned, clinician-led ABA provider serving children and families throughout Cincinnati. As our clinic programs grow, we’re looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) who wants meaningful clinical responsibilities, collaborative mentorship, and the opportunity to build a career with an organization that values their expertise.

BCaBAs already have an established place on our clinical team. We recognize the value of this credential and the important role BCaBAs play in delivering thoughtful, individualized care.

Your Role

Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you will support individualized treatment, help develop clinical programming, coach behavior technicians, and partner with families to help children make meaningful progress.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute your clinical knowledge while continuing to develop your skills within a supportive team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implement and support individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
  • Assist with assessments, goal development, and treatment planning as directed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Review session data, monitor progress, and collaborate on programming adjustments.
  • Provide direct services, model intervention strategies, and support consistent implementation across the clinical team.
  • Coach and provide feedback to RBTs and behavior technicians within your scope and assigned responsibilities.
  • Support caregiver education and the carryover of skills into everyday routines.
  • Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate with BCBAs, clinic leadership, and other professionals involved in each child’s care.
  • Participate in clinical meetings, ongoing supervision, and professional development.
  • Uphold ethical standards and promote compassionate care that respects each child’s dignity, preferences, and individual needs.

Why Ruby ABA?

Clinical leadership that understands your work.
Ruby is clinician-owned and operated. Clinical quality and the people delivering care are central to how we build our programs.

An established role for BCaBAs.
Join an organization that already includes BCaBAs on its team and recognizes their contribution to clinical care.

Collaboration and mentorship.
Work alongside experienced clinicians, receive ongoing BCBA supervision, and contribute to conversations about treatment and progress.

Room to grow.
As Ruby expands across Cincinnati, we’re building opportunities for team members to develop their skills and take on additional responsibilities. If becoming a BCBA is part of your long-term plan, we welcome that conversation.

A local team with a shared purpose.
Your work directly supports children and families in our community, and your ideas can help shape our growing organization.

Qualifications

  • Active BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
  • Bachelor’s degree consistent with certification requirements.
  • Experience providing ABA services to children with autism.
  • Strong communication, organization, and data-analysis skills.
  • A collaborative approach and openness to feedback.
  • Commitment to ethical, individualized, evidence-based care.
  • Ability to work full-time, in person, in the Cincinnati area.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Competitive compensation based on experience and responsibilities.
  • Medical, dental, and vision benefits for eligible employees.
  • Paid time off and paid holidays.
  • 401(k) retirement plan.
  • Ongoing clinical supervision and opportunities for professional growth.

Join Our Team

If you’re looking for a place where your BCaBA credential is valued, your development matters, and your work makes a meaningful difference, we’d love to connect.
