Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Duties:

• Conduct assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with developmental disabilities, particularly children with special needs.
• Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development.
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to clients, including data collection, behavior analysis, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior plans and promote generalization of skills across settings.
• Train and supervise behavior technicians or other staff members in the implementation of behavior plans and interventions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, treatment goals, and interventions.

Experience:

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) certification required.
• Experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and techniques.
• Familiarity with special education laws and regulations.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
