Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Changing Behavior LLC is seeking a dedicated BCaBA to provide ABA services to children and support their families. Working under BCBA supervision, you will help implement individualized treatment plans, monitor progress, coach RBTs, and collaborate with caregivers and school teams.

Services may take place in clinic, home, school, and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA services and implement individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs under BCBA supervision.
• Assist the BCBA with assessments, observations, data analysis, and treatment planning.
• Monitor client progress and recommend program adjustments for BCBA review.
• Train and supervise RBTs when qualified under BACB requirements and as assigned by the supervising BCBA.
• Support caregiver training to promote consistent strategies across daily routines.
• Collaborate with families, teachers, and other professionals to support communication, independence, and social skills.
• Complete accurate, timely session notes, progress summaries, and supervision documentation.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $61,600.00 - $74,300.00 per year
